The upgrades you buy here will never be deleted (unless you wipe your save or use cheating). These are the heavenly upgrades you can buy.
Webthe upgrades in each ascension are listed from most to least important, with upgrades required to get an important upgrade in the prerequisites column. You just have to be smart about when to buy them and when to wait. Webpermanent upgrade slots, or permaslots, are a set of 5 heavenly upgrades where one can place normal upgrades into to make it immediately available and active for all.
