So i‘ve started a few playthroughs since september of last year, but since they all were on different patches. Again look at descriptions if. Water (well + workshop for buckets), wood (woodshed), food (hunting lodge) and tools (smithy). If any of this is missing, happiness drops fast until villagers leave. That gives every villager a happiness of 50%.
