Otf Lift 45

Repeat the exercises for a total of 3 rounds. I was thinking of spacing out 3 regular otf days (mwf) and 2 lift 45 classes (t/th), but not sure if that. Template 1 will be offered twice a week and templates 2&3 offered once each. I wanted to see if anyone ever did a lift 45 and a regular otf class that same.
