Ucla Impacted Courses
Webundergraduate students cannot drop an impacted course after friday of week 2. Weban impacted/retroactive drop petition should be used to drop the following classes: An impacted course during the term after the friday of week 2 impacted course drop. The impacted courses in economics include 1, 2, 11, 41, 101, 102, and 103/103l. Impacted course drops processed after friday of week two, and nonimpacted course drops processed after friday of week four, are permanently.
Undergraduate students cannot drop an impacted course after friday of the second week of a term for other than exceptionally extenuating circumstances. Weban impacted course is one for which demand exceeds the number of seats available. Changes can be made with no fee through week two, when the list becomes official.
