Based on others experiences i have read online, i'll likely return it. Webwhen you return your equipment to the ups store, they will print out a label for you free of charge and provide you with a receipt indicating that they have. Webyou go to ups, the store just throws it in a closet waiting for ups to come pick up the equipment which can take days sometime weeks and then you get hit with an. Webreturning at a spectrum store is actually more likely to result in unreturned equipment fees that need to be corrected by billing. Webaccording to their website, i can drop it off at a ups store, ship it myself, or drop it off at a spectrum store.
It doesn’t even matter if the ups store loses.
